The Barlow Planetarium at the University of Mississippi Museum is one of two I have seen in the United States; the other is at Washington and Lee University, and is awaiting repair. The large scale can be seen from the human figure to the left of the brass ball representing the sun. This is essentially an outsized Orrery, with the sun in the center and the earth-moon system about halfway between the sun and the left-hand side of the outer ring.
